Shipping

Orders of 3 or more gifts: FREE standard shipping if shipped to the same address

Orders containing 1-2 gifts:

Shipping to the continental USA: $10

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: $30

Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, whichever is faster. If shipping to a PO Box, we will use the USPS Parcel Post. We insure all shipments. Expedited shipping is not available through the website, as it's rather pricey for our large boxes. If you are in a bind, call Customer Care at 800-609-1086 and we will quote you a rate for your order.

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Our current shopping cart does not allow you to ship to more than one address. If you would like to order more than one gift and ship them to multiple people, you must enter a separate order for each shipping address. Since this can be cumbersome, you may want to call 800-609-1086 to place this type of order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package with this number by going to the UPS website. Please contact us if you have any difficulties.

Order Status

You can see the status of all of your orders at any time by logging in to your account at Green Baby Gift Box. Click on the "log in" link in the upper right-hand corner of any of our webpages to access your account.

Gift Wrap

All of our orders come beautifully packaged in our exclusive recycled gift wrap. This includes one or two 100% recycled (80% post-consumer) gift boxes, box bands of gorgeous handmade paper (very useful for decorating baby's scrapbook or making into thank you notes), recycled ribbon, and a lead-free pewter charm. We also include a customized gift card with your message (that's it over there to the right). If you do not enter a message, a blank gift card will be enclosed with the gift unless you request otherwise.

Guarantee

We unconditionally guarantee our gift boxes. You may return your order for any reason within 90 days for a full refund. If an item in your order has been damaged in shipping, either you or the gift recipient should contact us for an immediate replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order, simply contact the friendly folks in our customer care department via the web form or by calling 800-609-1086.

If you prefer to return your order, contact us and we will email or mail you a return UPS Ground label.

Please note that refunds must be made in the same form as the original payment, which means that credit card orders are refunded to the same credit card that secured the purchase. (This rule was laid down by our credit card processor, so we are unable to make exceptions.) If you are a recipient of one of our gift boxes, this means that we can not issue the refund directly to your credit card; refunds can be made only to the person who purchased the item. Instead, we can exchange your gift for a different box or offer you store credit. There are no additional shipping charges for exchanges. We want you to love your gift!
