Shipping
Orders of 3 or more gifts: FREE standard shipping if shipped to the same address
Shipping to the continental USA: $10
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: $30
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Occasionally we offer free shipping---sign up for our newsletter to be notified of all our specials!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package with this number by going to the UPS website. Please contact us if you have any difficulties.

Guarantee
We unconditionally guarantee our gift boxes. You may return your order for any reason within 90 days for a full refund. If an item in your order has been damaged in shipping, either you or the gift recipient should contact us for an immediate replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order, simply contact the friendly folks in our customer care department via the web form or by calling 800-609-1086.
If you prefer to return your order, contact us and we will email or mail you a return UPS Ground label.
Please note that refunds must be made in the same form as the original payment, which means that credit card orders are refunded to the same credit card that secured the purchase. (This rule was laid down by our credit card processor, so we are unable to make exceptions.) If you are a recipient of one of our gift boxes, this means that we can not issue the refund directly to your credit card; refunds can be made only to the person who purchased the item. Instead, we can exchange your gift for a different box or offer you store credit. There are no additional shipping charges for exchanges. We want you to love your gift! If you have any concerns, please contact us so we can make things right.
